The emergence of Covid-19 pandemic has called for review, re-evaluation and restructuring of systems and workflow processes. It is no longer news that many people have lost their jobs, but the truth is that many people have also discovered new jobs. The world wealth or resources in actual sense was never lost, rather, it moved from a particular hand to another. The 21st century accountants are those that are dynamic; those that have value add to their services and those that are ready and prepared to embrace elements of modern accounting in rendering services to clients. They are the real drivers of change; they yearn for efficient practice systems, improved customer service and deeper client relationship. "Leadership is solving problems.
